Rogue board in KGE

The current so-called board of KGE has only one Suto elected member and two appointed members, however, there cannot be two board members from the same household. An appointed board members has no proxy power as their vote only counts as one, just like any other unelected member. An appointee is only there to fill a vacant space or brought on to add another viewpoint, but their vote still only counts as one vote.
